Scottish Recovery Academy: Raises awareness of recovery from mental health problems.

NHS Living Life: Atelephone service based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach available to anyone over 16 suffering low mood, mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.
