Membership

Become a member

We are a membership organisation. We offer membership to anyone who has direct contact with, or an interest in, the area of substance misuse.

Membership is free, but we would ask larger organisations to consider making a small donation.

Why join?

Once you become a member you become part of a network, where you can share information and learning. Joining as a member is a simple way of standing in solidarity with families who have been affected by drug misuse.

Having a large membership helps show MSPs, service providers and funders that there is a need for the work we do and a need for support and services for the families of those who misuse drugs.

Members receive:

  • a member’s newsletter, which we encourage you to write for;
  • an invite to our annual conference;
  • voting rights at our AGM;
  • the opportunity to influence the future work of the organisation.
