#CCLT2020 Summer Festival

Let’s make Summer 2020 awesome!

We know the importance that feeling connected has had for families throughout the years and especially this year. We want to continue to bring people all over Scotland together. So, we are inviting you, your family, and your friends to our online Summer Festival – #CCLT2020!

We want to do everything we can to help people in Scotland to find the connections for them and their loved ones to flourish and thrive.

Throughout summer, we are offering a free programme of activities and workshops for everyone in the family including opportunities to learn something new, get crafty and make something fun, attend a wellbeing workshop, join a quiz night and so much more!

Please find the programme below. And, if you’d like to sign up for a session please use the sign-up links provided.

This is a two-part workshop exploring stress, wellbeing, and positive coping strategies. The workshop will bring people together to learn, discuss, and explore key ideas and identify ways to keep the family well. Each session will be led by an MBCAP accredited psychotherapist with extensive knowledge and experience in this area.

The aim is to help participants understand common stress responses and how these can impact on wellbeing. Participants will increase their understanding of positive and negative coping strategies and will have access to a full range of supporting resources.

The two-part workshop will be delivered over two weeks. All sessions will be delivered online via Zoom call.
