The Leadership Network

This network is for anyone whose job or voluntary role is part of any activity, group, organisation, or service that supports families concerned about someone else’s alcohol or drug use. Members can connect with other leaders, learn from each other, and discuss what is possible in terms of collectively influencing change. We share successes and support each other, and together we are building a better understanding of what is happening/working (or not) across Scotland. Members of the network benefit from external inputs including Scottish Families workshops based on our core workforce development training and facilitated by our training team.

Why did we set this network up?

We want to increase the capacity and sustainability of family support by equipping leaders through a network where they can meet other leaders, access learning opportunities, and participate in partnership working. We hope that members of the network continue to increase in confidence in advocating for and delivering family support in Scotland.
