New Year CRAFT Training – February 2019

The lovely George Charlton is making his way back up to Glasgow 19th and 20th February 2019 to deliver his informative and lively CRAFT training.

The two-day course is £300 per person at Edward House, 199 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EX (our office).

We regularly use CRAFT in our support groups and Telehealth service. CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) is an evidence-based, non-judgemental programme for family members and carers affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use.

CRAFT will help family members to:

  • Communicate positively with their loved one
  • Reduce their feelings of stress
  • Improve feelings of self-worth
  • Encourage their loved one to enter treatment

George is one of the leading voices across the UK who promotes and trains individuals, practitioners and companies in the CRAFT and he takes great pride in being one of only two accredited trainers and supervisors delivering UK-wide CRAFT practitioner training and supervision.

Places are already filling up so if you want to come along to the training, send an email to info@sfad.org.uk for further information and booking.
