Café offering a safe, sober, encouraging and empowering space for those in recovery.  Café runs every Saturday 1pm to 3pm.  Pop in and say hello.

Everyone is in recovery from something, lets recover together.

The cafe is peer-guided and run by community members with lived experience of addiction, mental health issues, and many other areas of life.  That means that, while I will be there every week overseeing the cafe, the activities and events on will be primarily based around the desires and needs of the participants who attend.  We encourage all participants to bring the skills they have and be willing to offer them to the rest of the group.

Possible activities during the cafe include:

  • Conversational café
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Creative Writing workshops
  • Group activities
  • Educational workshops
  • Gardening
  • Music group
  • Long term recovery tools
  • Share group

The cafe is for adults only (at this time).

Contact Jaci with any questions via email or Facebook.
