Men’s Recovery Network – Mindfulness & Meditation (NW Recovery Community)
Group meets each Wednesday
(come along at 5 pm for a bite to eat before the group)
The mindfulness session will run from 6-7 pm followed by a recovery meeting.
Every Wednesday since 2014 there has been a regular Mindfulness and Meditation workshop delivered for men. There are currently between 25-30 participants coming along every week, sharing thoughts, feelings, and ideas. Those men attending talk positively about the personal benefits achieved through taking part as well as the benefits felt more widely amongst families and the wider community.
