Service Provision

We are a men’s (18+) suicide prevention peer support group. We provide a safe place to talk about life’s challenges, be listened to and feel supported.

We want to share with you what happens at MindtheMen every Monday night 7pm – 9pm at our clubs  We follow a simple model used by many peer groups worldwide to help our members feel able to talk openly, be listened to and leave feeling supported. We want to assure any men thinking of coming that once you get your foot through the door things will start to improve. Talking is the start.
