Service Provision

Recovery Hubs are one – stop shops offering a full range of drug and alcohol treatment and support services. Each is run by a team of voluntary sector, NHS and social work staff.

We offer advice, guidance, and support to anybody who has a problem with alcohol and/or drugs. We offer the following support:

• One-to-one support
• Recovery planning
• Group work
• Access to harm reduction information and more.

We’ll listen to your needs and tailor your plan to suit you

Assertive Outreach Teamwill respond to individuals who have experienced near fatal overdoses or at risk of overdose. They will support the individual to break the barriers to accessing health related services coming directly to their door.

Support can be provided in person, via phone or video call and we can link the individual with multiple services.
