The Advocacy Project provides a free and confidential service that is independent of the NHS and Social Work.

Independent advocacy can benefit those living at home, in care or in hospital.

Our advocacy workers work with a number of clients, usually on a one to one basis, but we also support groups of people who have issues in common.

Alcohol & Drug Service – you are eligible for this service if you:

Adults 16+ and resident in Glasgow at the time of the referral
Individuals with problematic Alcohol and or Drug use
Individuals who are working with or trying to access community addiction services.
Support for individuals where the primary theme in the referral issues are relating to substance use, but there may be other impairments.
This can include individuals who have a dual diagnosis of Mental -ill health/ long term conditions/ disability, if substance misuse is the primary theme in the referral issues.
