We have been nominated for another award! This year in the Scottish Charity Awards, we are overjoyed to be nominated for Charity of the Year. It truly is such a privilege to be part of this category with all of the other incredible nominations. Last year we helped more families than ever, answering over 3000 helpline contacts. We are their lifeline, the place where they can get information, support, understanding and most importantly, the place where they know they are not alone.
And to make things even better, our incredible team member Claire Wadsworth has been nominated for Employee of the Year for her with our Routes Young Persons’ Project. Claire has truly transformed the lives of young people, she has developed a programme that helps every area of their lives – providing emotional support, helping tackle poverty, and encouraging goals and aspirations.
Both of these awards will be voted for by a panel of judges and the winners will be announced at an awards night in June!
