Trained counsellors to professional standards offer free confidential one-to-one information, advice & support to individuals aged 16+ living in East & South Ayrshire who are concerned about their own drinking whether they wish to cut down or stop completely. Support is also available to loved ones concerned and affected by someone else’s drinking.
