Service Provision

Dundee Carers Centre offers practical and emotional support, advice and information for unpaid carers of all ages and disabled people.

We can offer information and support to anyone who is in a caring role from the age of 8 to 90+ years.

Support can offer

Practical, emotional and peer support
Help to access other organisations
Help to access other services within the centre
Offer a variety of groups and events, held within the centre and in local communities
Offer accessible services in Urdu, Punjabi, Mandarin and Cantonese
Offer learning, training and accreditation opportunities

Young Carers Service

Support for any young person age 8-16 (or up to 18 if still in education).

Young carers often put the needs of the person they care for before their own, meaning that they can miss out on experiences that other young people get.

Young carers may also experience stress, anxiety and worry about the person they care for and would benefit from additional support.
