Service Provision
The Glasgow East Alcohol Awareness Project “GEAAP” has been offering a service to the East of Glasgow since 1991. GEAAP’s aim is to reduce the harm associated with the use and misuse of alcohol.
We offer FREE services to anyone concerned about their own or another’s alcohol use.
- A free, confidential, one to one, counselling & support service to anyone concerned about their own or another’s alcohol use.
- Appointments are offered during the day and in the evening with a choice of male or female counsellor.
- We are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Counselling also takes place on various evenings between 9am– 7pm on Mondays and Tuesday to Friday 9am – 4pm .
- Group work – women’s only group, 10 week structured programme
- Young Persons service – advice, support and info for 12-18yrs providing both one to one and group work
