Service Provision

SMART Family & Friends Group meets each Thursday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Gives you an opportunity to meet other family members in the same situation as yourself and learn new coping responses and how to support your loved one. Overall it looks after your own mental wellbeing.

One to one support and advice can be provided. They offer a closed Whatsapp group for family members peer support.
