Man On! Inverclyde is an award winning mental health charity based in Inverclyde that specialises in suicide prevention.

We support everyone over the age of 15 through our peer-support, relationship-based approach that has helped people since our group came together in early 2020.

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing team are dedicated, trained and equipped to bring a flexible Wellbeing Plan that can suit all people of Inverclyde, including peer-support sessions, football therapy, virtual supports and a mental health podcast.

If you are needing support or concerned for a friend, colleague or loved one please reach out and we will do our best to help. The first step on your own is often the hardest, the rest we can take together.
