Service Provision

This is an assertive outreach service. Workers will come out and support you in the community to address many support needs not just looking at your substance use. They offer the following:

Strengths based approach
Person centred approach (what you want to achieve)
Improved outcomes
Working with community partners to make your support easier for you
Buddying service (accompany you to appts etc
Improving engagement in support
1 to 1 support
Peer naloxone training
Needle exchange and harm reduction advice

This service is aimed at 3 key groups

People who are not engaged in services
People who engage sometimes
People who engage on and off over a long period of time

Hours of service

Monday to Friday 0900-2100hrs
Saturday & Sunday 1000-1800hrs

Can self refer to be supported or can be referred by other agencies, professionals or family members.
