Service Provision

One to one peer support support for mental health and wellbeing issues. Sams Inverclyde offers drop in support for people to access one to one support for mental health issues. There is no need for a referral or appointment. Emotional support for friends and family is also available on a drop in basis.

The Sam’s Inverclyde team are peer workers which means that team members have a lived journey of mental health issues and recovery. They can offer understanding from their own journey of mental health issues.

The service is open 11-6pm. Sam’s support is free of cost and is a 16 years plus project.
