This SMART group is hosted by Forth Valley Recovery Community.

UK SMART Recovery is a therapeutic programme of training using science based techniques to help people recover/abstain from any type of addictive behaviour. Learn to use the tools and strategies from the UK SMART 4 point programme ad apply them in your recovery journey.

Managing thoughts, feelings and behaviours
Living a balanced life

We ask that people do not attend the meeting under the influence. The meeting runs on a Friday 4pm – 5:30pm.
