Our services have returned to normal and we are accepting referrals from people who meet our referral criteria. Check out our referrals page here.

However, our services are changing slightly from the way they have been offered in the past. We offer a blended approach to our work, using more telephone and video calls to engage with our members. Face to face is available when people who refer feel they will get more out of the service than they would from digital support.

Service Provision

Stepping Stones are a registered charity based in West Dunbartonshire providing a range of support services for people experiencing common mental health problems.

Services include:

• Group work
• Peer support opportunities
• 1:1 support
• Person Centred Therapy (PCT)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Stepping Stones’ Bereavement and Loss Support Service for adults who live within West Dunbartonshire offers ongoing support to manage the distressing impact of bereavement and loss. In some cases, the people who use the service will require support such as signposting to other services.

Support agencies, GP’s, etc., can signpost patients/service users/clients to our services, however, the signposted person will be required to complete a self-referral form. They can access the referral form by calling 01419412929 or by sending an email to admin@stepstones.org.uk.
