Our main purpose is to reduce the drug deaths in Scotland by engaging with people through physical activity. This is achieved by helping the participants to gain structure in their daily activities and by creating healthy routines that can allow them to use their energy in the best possible way. Our approach is person-centred, and we use the Harm-reduction model. We are a safe space for everyone and a non-judgemental and an inclusive space.

If you are struggling with substance use, mental health or homelessness and would like some additional support around structure for your day please get in touch.
