Service Provision

Our Ross-shire Service is based at Companas Cottage, Alness. The Cottage is a resource centre offering support to people affected by mental ill health.

We offer a variety of different activity and skills development groups, self-management and recovery focused groups and peer support along with a social hub for chatting and making friends. We also offer a range of outings along with social events and informational talks. Voluntary work opportunities are provided too within the Cottage.

Our Outreach Service is also based at Companas Cottage but reaches out to people across Easter Ross. This service offers intensive 1-1 support, using community venues or meeting people in their own homes.
