Papyrus National UK

Charity working to prevent suicide in young people (35 years and under). They give support and practical advice to young people worried about themselves and to anyone else concerned that a young person they know may be at risk of harming themselves. The helpline is staffed by professionals experienced in working with suicidal young people, families or carers.

Samaritans

Samaritans is available to talk to you regarding any issue that you are struggling with whether it be contemplating suicide or just having a bad day, work stress or anything that is causing you distress.  You can call them on 116 123 We’re here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need a response immediately, it’s best to call us on the phone.
