Importance of support

Help and support is available to the families and friends of those who are misusing drugs.

Phoning or emailing our helpline is often the first time someone has been able to talk about their situation. It can be an important first step in getting information about local services and support.

We know trying to support a loved one who is misusing drugs can be a stressful challenge. Accessing information about available services could help you to cope and learning more about drugs misuse could add to your understanding of your loved one’s situation.
