Scottish Families are here to help you. Contact Scottish Families helpline and one of the advisors will be able to talk you through your support options. Alternatively did you know that you can check the online service directory to see what support groups operate near you? All you have to do is input your postcode and select “Family Support Groups or Family Support Services (one to one provision). Check the service directory here – https://www.sfad.org.uk/service-directory.

If you would rather speak to one of Scottish Families dedicated family support workers then you can do this by accessing Scottish Families Telehealth service. You can read a bit more about that here – https://www.sfad.org.uk/content/uploads/2017/11/Telehealth-Information-Sheet.pdf

Contact the helpline advisors for more info on 08080 101011 or email helpline@sfad.org.uk
